Mazad Auction Entry – Industrial Assets
A service provided by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce that allows local and foreign investors to request a qualification to enter into an auction run by Mazad to buy existing assets on industrial plots of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and sign a lease agreement with the Ministry upon winning the auction.
Required Attachments
- Duly Completed Online Application Form.
- A brief business plan (existing industrial projects are required to attach recent photos of the facility).
- Proposed Plot Utilization Plan (illustrating intended use of the plot).
- Financial Evidence to fund the project.
- Financial Audited Reports for the last three years (if applicable).

- Decree-Law No. (28) of 1999 regarding the establishment and organization of industrial zones, as amended by Decree-Law No. (26) of 2015

- Log in to the Industrial Areas Services system service.moic.gov.bh/iad
- Select Apply to qualify to enter into an auction run by Mazad to buy existing assets on industrial plots of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce
- Fill out the form and attach the required documents
- Submit the request
