Early education institution (kindergarten) licensing service

Follow up on applications for licensing an early education institution, allowing it to practice early childhood care and education.

He must not be less than 25 years old
He must be fully qualified, of good conduct and behavior, and no final judgments have been passed against him in a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, trust or public morals, unless he has been rehabilitated.
He must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.
To be able to finance the establishment and continuation of a private educational institution in accordance with the standards, conditions and guarantees established by the Ministry.
He should not be an employee of the government or of public or private bodies or institutions.

Whoever represents him in front of others is required to meet all of the previous conditions except for what is stipulated in item (d), provided that the request indicates the source of funding for the private educational or training institution and the ability to finance this.
The license issued for the establishment of private educational or training institutions is personal, and may not be assigned to others without the approval of the competent ministry, and it must be renewed every three years.

High school diploma and the last educational qualification of the applicant
A statement from the last job stating that the employee has left his job if he is an employee
Feasibility study and budget for the project
A letter addressed to the Early Education Licensing and Follow-up Department approved by the applicant
A copy of a valid passport
A copy of the valid CPR card from both sides and the card reader
Recent supporting documents from the bank for the amounts allocated to the capital of the project (in the amount of 10,000 dinars for nurseries and 30,000 dinars for kindergartens).
A partnership contract notarized by a notary public in the event that two or more persons participate in the capital of the institution
If the applicant is a legal person, a copy of the establishment or company registration certificate at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and the documents of the legal representative shall be attached.
Fill out a license application form to establish an early education institution

A letter from the applicant
Maps and graphics of the building, outdoor spaces and outdoor play spaces
A copy of the title deed
A copy of the building address certificate approved by the Information and eGovernment Authority/the electricity bill on which the property address is indicated
A copy of the public site (site plan)
A copy of the property map

Curriculum approval request letter stating the name of the syllabus
A copy of the Arabic language curriculum
A copy of the English syllabus
A list of syllabus and teaching level books (edition / author / publishing house / serial number)

Attach an updated copy of the bank guarantee (in the amount of 10,000 dinars for nurseries and 30,000 dinars for kindergartens) + an updated bank statement, if any.

Submit a letter to the Early Education Licensing and Follow-up Department with a request to open a private educational institution (early education institution), attached to the initial documents, and fill out an application form for licensing a private educational institution.
Submit the required documents related to the inspection of the property (paper + CD) from the ownership document, a copy of the general site and architectural drawings with an explanation of the use plan and a copy of the building address certificate approved by the Information and eGovernment Authority / the electricity bill on which the property address is indicated
Submit a request in the electronic records system to obtain the approvals of the relevant authorities on the proposed building
Handing over the curricula to the administration accompanied by the following:- A letter requesting approval of the curriculum with the name of the curriculum- A copy of the Arabic language curriculum- A copy of the English syllabus- List of syllabus books and teaching level- Edition- the author- Dar Al nasher- Serial Number
Request to approve fees according to the licensed capacity in the final technical report of the building
