Chemicals, Refrigerants, AC's and Refrigeration Units Customs Clearance
This service allows the companies working trade sector, to submit requests for customs release of chemicals, cooling materials and cooling units. The request can be submitted and tracked electronically.

Legal Regulations
- Ministerial Resolution No. 7 of 2002 regarding the control of the import and use of prohibited and severely restricted chemicals
- Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment
- Order No. (2) of 2020 determining the categories of fees for licensing refrigeration media, refrigeration units and air conditioning units as decided by the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment
- Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
- Ministerial Resolution No. 1 of 2020 regarding the management of refrigeration media, refrigeration units and air conditioning units
- Ministerial Resolution No. 4 of 2006 regarding the management of hazardous chemicals
Fees
