This service aims to inform Customs Affairs of the Supreme Council for Environments no objection on importing/exporting radioactive sources or radiation-emitting devices through ofoq system

Service Conditions

Having an active commercial register (for commercial use) in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Attachments

A copy of the invoice or the shipping statement showing a detailed shipment content
A copy of the technical information (technical data, catalog, pictures...) of the material(s) to be licensed
The importer’s license and the import permit issued by the Supreme Council for Environment for the radioactive device or source mentioned in the invoice/shipping manifest
End-user license and use permit issued by the Supreme Council for Environment for the radioactive device or source mentioned in the invoice/shipping manifest
