Registering of repeated claims
Registering repeated claims of unemployment benefits for job seekers that they do not obtain a suitable job.
Service Conditions
- The applicant should never worked or worked for less than 12 months and is excluded from insurance.
- The applicant should not be retired.
- The applicant must not have a commercial record.
- The applicant must be registered as a job seeker with the Employment Department of the Ministry.

Service Processes
- 1. Start the eService, the system will request the primary electronic key (eKey).
- Enter the primary electronic key (eKey).
- Enter the system, the conditions for applying to the service will appear.
- Click OK to continue.
- A new recurring claim will be recorded for the job seeker if all the terms of service apply to the job seeker, and if one of the conditions does not apply, an alert message will appear containing the reasons.
