  • Court letter
  • Statement of the claim
  • Certificate from the Technical Affairs Directorate

  • Real Estate Registration Law (Resolution No. (13) of 2013)

Fees

  • 5 BD : Beginning the transaction
  • 1 BD : Certificate application fee
  • 5 BD (Per mark) : Marking fee. if the application is from a private company, there are no fees for marks

Process Time

  • 60 Working Days : Replacement for lost property or real estate disputes
  • 6 Months : Proof of ownership
