Required Attachments

  • Title deed: Pages 1 – 7 and 10 – 13 of the title deed should be attached
  • Identity Card
  • Power of attorney for the owner
  • A transfer from the Registration and Follow-up Department to request the preparation of a document map

  • 5 BD : Beginning the transaction
  • 1 BD : Certificate application fee
  • 5 BD (Per mark) : Marking fee
