Request to prepare cadastral plans
This service is provided by private survey companies and approved by the Land Survey Directorate. The document has the same features as a survey certificate and is specifically used for division or development of detailed plans for a group of properties. The survey drawings are prepared by private survey companies at the request of the owner. They are then approved by the Land Survey Directorate, which considers the units in question based on the results of a physical survey and detailed engineering drawings of the units, in accordance with the requirements and technical instructions included in the standards guide.
