Approval/Renew the approval of Waste Management Plans

This service enables beneficiaries to submit a request for the review and approval or renewal of waste management plan, to ensure their compliance with the environmental standards and the protection of the environment. The request can be submitted and tracked electronically.

Service Conditions

  • Having an active commercial register (for commercial use) in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Attachments

  • Waste Management Plan
  • A valid commercial register CR copy
  • Any additional documents or attachments that may be required in accordance with regulatory procedures

Legal Regulations

  • Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
  • Decision No. 3 of 2006 regarding the management of hazardous waste and its amendments
  • Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment

  • 500 BHD : for one time

  • 22 Working Days : The completion of this service is conditional upon the submission of all required data and documents
