Building maintenance request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to public entities whose building maintenance is the responsibility of the Building Maintenance Directorate in the Ministry. This service is designed to facilitate the mechanism for submitting building maintenance requests by officials in governmental entities.

The applicant: Obtain a username to enter the electronic platform, so that the maintenance request can be submitted using the e-government website or the Works Affairs website. Submit the maintenance request by providing the details of the request and attaching the required documents
Building Maintenance Directorate: Receive maintenance requests and classify them as urgent or routine
Building Maintenance Directorate: Review the application to determine if the application is within the scope of the Ministry’s work
If it is outside the scope of their maintenance work, the applicant will be notified of the reasons the application was rejected through the electronic platform
Building Maintenance Directorate: If the request is not clear, the applicant is contacted to provide the Ministry with the required documents
Building Maintenance Directorate: After reviewing the application, the applicant will be informed of the date of the maintenance work
The applicant: Sign the work completion form and send it to the Building Maintenance Directorate
