Request to lower the pavement level
This service is provided by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to individuals, private sector establishments, public entities, and NGOs requesting a reduction of the pavement level in front of garages and doors, or in front of buildings to facilitate the entry and exit of vehicles to and from car parks within the property boundaries in accordance with traffic safety requirements.

Service Processes
- The applicant: Visit Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to submit all required documents and information
- Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning: Review the application and ensure that all required documents and information are complete. If the required documents and information have not all been submitted, the application will be rejected and returned to the applicant to complete the missing documents and information
- Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning: Review the application and visit the site
- Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning: Inform the applicant of the status of the application through the system
