Consultancy services request
This service is provided by the Ministry of Works to public entities requesting consultancy services related to construction works, such as: Preparing initial designs for public entities, preparing engineering designs and tender documents for public entities, preparing engineering designs and supervising the execution of projects for government entities, Supervising the execution of projects for public entities, Coordination to determine the estimated cost of projects, Coordination to prepare tender documents, Coordination to prepare Requests for Proposals (RFP), Assessment of the current structural condition of existing government buildings and Rehabilitation ,renovation of government buildings and Other Services.

- Detailed requirements for the project
- Title Deed of the land
- Survey certificate
- As-Built Drawings
- Tender documents for implementation supervision projects.
- Availability/budget approval by the Ministry of Finance & National Economy (MF 1801) form.
- A letter of no objection from the Government Properties Affairs Directorate

Service Processes
- Applicant: Submit an official letter explaining the type of consultancy service required and attaching documents related to the service to the Director of Construction Projects Directorate at the Ministry of Works
- Ministry of Works: Review the application and ensure all required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the application will be rejected and thus returned to the applicant to complete the missing documents and information
- Ministry of Works: Send an official letter or email with details of the required consultancy to the applicant
- Applicant: Submit a consultancy request electronically along with the required documents related to the service .
- Ministry of Works: Review the application and ensure all required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the application will be rejected and thus returned to the applicant to complete the missing documents and information
- Ministry of Works: Send notification with the details of the required consultancy to the applicant.
