This service is provided by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to individuals, private sector establishments, public entities, and NGOs enquiring about infrastructure services in a specific location.
Required Attachments
- An official letter of request, addressed to the Director of Sanitary Engineering Planning & Projects Directorate
- A map showing the location of the existing underground sanitary services

- The applicant: Send a letter via email to the Sanitary Engineering Planning & Projects Directorate to inquire about the infrastructure services for a specific site
- The Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning: Respond to the inquiry through an official letter, attaching the map of the sewage facilities in hard/soft copies
