Internal Tender Service
This service, provided by the Ministry of Works to allows companies and institutions to search and view the details of internal tenders and auctions and obtain copies of new tender and auction documents, and participate in the tender.
Service Conditions
- The bid must be valid for 180 days from the closing date
- The total prices, unit prices and the value of the added tax shall be recorded at 10%, as the case may be in the tender.
- يستلم مقدم الطلب (المتضرر) مبلغ التعويض مباشرة في حسابه البنكي المعتمد.
Required Attachments
- A valid copy of a certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor to prove the percentage of Bahrainisation.
- A valid copy of the classification certificate of small and medium enterprises. (SME’s) (If available).
- Stamping all documents submitted within the bid with the stamp of the company or bidder.

Service Processes
- Ministry of Works: The Ministry of Works announces the tender/auction in the internal tender system
- Applicant: The contractors review the tenders/auctions offered, and then download the tender/auction free of charge. The bid is then submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the special box on the specified closing day.
- Ministry of Works: Bids submitted on the day of bid opening have been opened
- Ministry of Works: The Ministry of Works announces the tender/auction in the internal tender system
