  • The applicant: file a complaint to the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning through one of the approved channels
  • Ministry of Work: Review the application and take the necessary measures
  • Ministry of Works: Inform the applicant of the status of the complaint, suggestion, or inquiry by SMS
