A certificate issued by the Ministry providing permission to leave the territorial waters of the Kingdom of Bahrain after ensuring that all procedures related to the ship have been completed with the related authorities.

  • The authorized marine agent of the ship coming to the Kingdom of Bahrain should submit a notification form before the ship arrives
  • Prior to the departure of the ship from the territorial waters of the Kingdom, the marine control tower issues a ship departure certificate
  • On the next working day, a report is sent to the Financial Resources Directorate to process the fees
