Underwater survey permit (projects)

Permit to authorize ships and companies to conduct underwater technical examinations.

Required Attachments

  • Application form
  • Diving license issued to the company executing the underwater technical survey
  • Diving license for each participating diver
  • Registration certificate of the ship for which a survey is required
  • Registration certificate of the marine vessels participating in the process
  • Navigation license for the marine vessels participating in the operation
  • A marine map showing the location of the work

  • Law No. (61) of 2006 promulgating the Law of the General Organization for Sea Ports, as amended by Decree-Law No. (46) of 2012

  • Fill out the form and attach it with the required documents
  • Send to the designated directorate’s email
  • The application shall be submitted by the owner/operator of a Bahraini vessel, or by the maritime agent of a foreign vessel
