- Category 2, 501–1,000, 150, The maximum fee for Category 1 + BD 0.100 for each gross tonnage unit above 500 gross tonnage units
- Category 5, 10,001–20,000, 600, The maximum fee for Category 4 + BD 0.020 for each gross tonnage unit above 10,000 gross tonnage units
- Category 1, 150–500, 100, 100
- Category 3, 1,001–5,000, 300, The maximum fee for Category 2 + BD 0.050 BD for each gross tonnage unit above 1,000 gross tonnage units
- Category 4, 5,001–10,000, 400, The maximum fee for Category 3 + BD 0.030 for each gross tonnage unit above 5,000 gross tonnage units
- Category 6, 20,001–50,000, 850, The maximum fee for Category 5 + BD 0.010 for each gross tonnage unit above 20,000 gross tonnage units
- Category 7, 50,000+, N/A, The maximum fee for the Category 6 + BD 0.004 for each gross tonnage unit over 50,000 gross tonnage units
