This service involves the appointment of guardians, agents for absentees, custodians, judicial assistants, and supervisors in a manner that guarantees the preservation of the rights of minors and their equivalents.
Required Attachments
- Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card
- A letter stating the reason for appointment
- Consent of the relevant adult parties
- Other documents (according to the type of service)

- Procedural evidence issued by the decision of the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf No. (2) of 2011
