Inquiries and statements

This service enables inquiries concerning the remainder of the estate and the status of previously submitted applications, in addition to requesting the letters and statements related to estate files necessary for the authorities.

  • Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card
  • A letter explaining the requested service
  • Other documents (depending on the type of service)

  • Procedural evidence issued by the decision of the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf No. (2) of 2011
  • Resolutions of the Council of Guardianship on the Money of the Minors and their Equivalents
