Request to lift the travel ban – the courts

The party banned from traveling or their agent submits a request to the competent court in order to lift the travel ban. The request is presented to the court to decide upon. Upon the judge’s approval, a letter is created and sent electronically to the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs to lift the ban.

Required Attachments

  • An application to be submitted to the relevant court
  • A copy of the power of attorney, if there is a lawyer
  • A copy of the Identity Card of the party
