Subpoena for the defendant to issue a power of attorney

The request is submitted for the defendant to issue a power of attorney if a judgment has been issued by the Execution Judge against the defendant. The request is referred to the relevant authority through the security directorate. The relevant directorate subsequently co-ordinates with the relevant authorities to create an official power of attorney through the Notary Directorate.
