Request to estimate attorney fees

The lawyer’s fee estimation form is submitted by lawyers assigned to criminal cases and is presented to the relevant court to determine the attorney’s fees in the case. This is then sent to the relevant directorate to disburse the amount.

Required Attachments

  • A request to estimate the fees (fill out the relevant form)
  • A copy of the assignment decision
  • A copy of the international bank account number (IBAN)
