Apply for a license to work for foreign legal consultancy offices in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Application to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf in order to grant the foreign legal consultancy office a license to practice the profession in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Required Attachments

  • A letter submitted to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf requesting a license
  • Authorization letter from the head office of the foreign legal consultancy
  • Experience certificates
  • A letter appointing the responsible manager, the qualifications obtained, and copies of his identity documents (the Minister of Justice may request any necessary documents, information or data from the foreign legal consultancy office in order to make a decision on the application)

  • Decree-Law No. (26) for the year 1980 issuing the Advocacy Law Amendment No. (77) for the year 2006
  • Ministerial Resolution No. (16) for the year 2007 issuing a regulation regulating the work of foreign legal consultancy firms in the Kingdom of Bahrain
