Request to update data (one year after disbursing the alimony)

The beneficiaries of the Alimony Fund’s disbursements are obligated to update their data with the fund periodically every year. The request is submitted to the committee, together with all the required documents.

Service Conditions

The committee responsible for examining requests may stop disbursing the alimony for the following reasons:

  • The occurrence of a divorce after the issuance of the alimony ruling
  • The death of the convicted party
  • Employment of one of the children covered by the alimony
  • Marriage of one of the daughters covered by alimony
  • Transfer of custody of children to another party
  • The alimony recipient’s waiver of alimony due to an agreement

Required Attachments

  • A certificate of the case brief signed by the execution judge (continuing custody and alimony arrears)
  • Copies of all the forced measures taken against the convicted party, along with the results of the proceedings
  • A copy of the accounting report issued by the execution court
  • A verdict certificate (in case the convicted party has served any penalty)
  • Inquiry from the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs about the convicted party (in case he is outside the Kingdom)
  • A copy of the passport of the foreign custodial mother to verify the condition of permanent residence (within the last six months)

  • Submit the papers directly to the Alimony Fund office and proceed with the registration procedures, after verifying that all legal conditions are met
  • The application is submitted to the application committee
  • The applicant is informed of the committee’s decision
  • The authorization form is submitted to the execution court for the fund to replace the applicant in the execution file
  • All required documents must be submitted at the time of updating the data
