Request to enroll in the list of arbitrators

Registration of those who meet the conditions required to practice the arbitration profession before the Commercial Courts.

Required Attachments

  • Letter submitted to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf, requesting to be enrolled in the list of arbitrators
  • Applicant’s CV
  • Certificate issued by an official authority demonstrating the applicant’s experience within their field of specialization for at least 10 years after graduation
  • A professional certificate in arbitration from the International Arbitration Institute or one of the approved international arbitration centres. Alternatively, experience in arbitration with copies of the judgments issued therein
  • A copy of the license to practice the profession or specialization from a relevant authority
  • Personal photo
  • Copy of the Identity Card and passport

  • Submit the required documents in person or by sending them to the email of the General Registrar Office
  • Apply to the Ministry of Interior for a Good Conduct Certificate
  • The arbitrator’s name is included in the list of arbitrators provided the required documents are complete and the necessary conditions have been met
