Request to enroll in the list of arbitrators
Registration of those who meet the conditions required to practice the arbitration profession before the Commercial Courts.
Required Attachments
- Letter submitted to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf, requesting to be enrolled in the list of arbitrators
- Applicant’s CV
- Certificate issued by an official authority demonstrating the applicant’s experience within their field of specialization for at least 10 years after graduation
- A professional certificate in arbitration from the International Arbitration Institute or one of the approved international arbitration centres. Alternatively, experience in arbitration with copies of the judgments issued therein
- A copy of the license to practice the profession or specialization from a relevant authority
- Personal photo
- Copy of the Identity Card and passport

- Apply to the Ministry of Interior for a Good Conduct Certificate
- The arbitrator’s name is included in the list of arbitrators provided the required documents are complete and the necessary conditions have been met
