Apply for law firm accreditation

The application for law firm accreditation is submitted to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in order to obtain a license to establish a law firm for practicing lawyers who are licensed before the Court of Cassation. The application is submitted to the General Registrar for review and approval/rejection, according to the requirements.

Required Attachments

  • Copy of the applicant’s valid attorney’s registration card
  • Pictures of the company’s head office
  • Copy of the lease contract or purchase contract of the company’s head office
  • Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card

Legal Regulations

  • Decree-Law No. (26) of 1980 promulgating the Advocacy Law
  • Circular of the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf No. (5) of 2019
  • Commercial Companies Law issued by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
