Disbursal of an amount in the deposit file (for the rental fee)
Submission of an application for the disbursement or refund of an amount that has been deposited in a deposit file for the beneficiary (the depositor or the beneficiary).
Required Attachments
- A copy of the lease contract
- A letter requesting disbursement of the deposited amount that is addressed to the rental court, indicating the deposit amount and the period for which it was deposited
- A copy of the applicant’s Identity Card
- The contact numbers and emails for both parties
- Copies of the Commercial Registration (if one of the parties is a company)
- A copy of the power of attorney (if any)
- A copy of the Religious Ordinance Document (if there are heirs)
- A copy of the applicant’s international bank account number (IBAN)

Service Processes
- The applicant submits a request to the court to deposit the rental fee via email, attaching all the required documents
- The relevant employee checks all the documents and if they are complete, the employee issues a payment order in favor of the applicant
- If the disbursement request is for an amount less than 20,000 BD, it is approved by the direct manager and the request is referred electronically to the General Registrar Office for approval. It is then referred to the Accounts Department to transfer the amount
- If the amount exceeds BD 20,000, the disbursement request is approved by the direct manager and then by the General Registrar. A statement is then issued to the Office of the Undersecretary of the Ministry and subsequently to the Accounts Department to transfer the amount to the account of the applicant
