Receipt of complaints against lawyers
Submission of a complaint against the lawyer in the event of a violation of the Advocacy Law.
Required Attachments
- A letter explaining the complaint to be submitted to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf, containing the details of the complaint and the complainant’s personal data
- Documents evidencing the violation committed by the lawyer

Service Processes
- Submit the complaint by either by sending them to the email of the General Registrar Office or in-person at the General Registrar Office.
- The complaint is sent to the lawyer against whom the complaint is filed in order for them to respond
- The response of the lawyer against whom the complaint is made is sent to the complainant for their response.
- A legal opinion is written on the complaint
- The legal opinion is submitted to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf to decide either to refer the complaint to the Lawyers’ Disciplinary Board or to file the complaint
