Processing of a fine instalment request

The request for a fine instalment is submitted by the convicted persons or their agent in those cases in which there has been a judgment issuing a fine. After approval, the request is entered into the system and the applicant is notified of the result. The result is sent to the Enforcement Prosecution via email.

Required Attachments

  • Execution Judge Form ("Unified Form")
  • Explanation letter (if any) (optional)
  • A copy of the official power of attorney, in case a lawyer is available
