Settlement of family and marital disputes

Seeking the settlement of family and marital disputes in Sharia lawsuits for which conciliation is permissible and which have been referred from the eGovernment portal and the Sharia courts.

Required Attachments

  • Statement of claims containing the name, personal number, address and contact numbers
  • Identity Card of the applicant
  • Marriage contract or divorce document (if any)
  • Children’s birth certificate (if any)
  • Power of attorney (if any)

  • Ministerial Resolution No. (47) of 2016 amending some provisions of Ministerial Resolution No. (84) of 2015 regarding the formation of the Family Reconciliation Office and determining the rules and procedures necessary to carry out the functions of the office
  • Ministerial Resolution No. (111) of 2018 regarding the amendment of some provisions of Ministerial Resolution No. (84) of 2015 regarding the formation of the Family Reconciliation Office and determining the rules and procedures necessary to carry out the functions of the office
