Requests related to the management of the real estate of minors and equivalents

This service involves the management of real estate owned by minors and equivalents. This includes selling, buying, building, demolishing, repairing, maintaining, managing, leasing, and other activities, in a way that ensures their preservation and the protection of the rights of minors and equivalents.

Required Attachments

Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card
Copy of the property ownership, along with the original copy for confirmation by the employee responsible for the directorate (in the case of real estate in the name of the deceased, the applicant must refer to Survey and Land Registration Bureau in order to transfer the ownership of the property to the heirs before submitting an application to the Ministry)
Copy of the land survey certificate
Copy of the real estate ordinance (the Religious Ordinance merger for the property)
Copy of the Religious Ordinance Document
A letter of approval from all heirs mentioning the property ownership document number and specifying the type of transaction
When applying for division or sorting, the Ministry must be provided with a proposal from the heirs of division or sorting (map) signed by all parties
Copy of the Identity Cards of all property owners
Other documents (depending on the type of service)
