Decision on an objection against the relevant appeal

The objection form is submitted via the email for decisions on criminal appeals by the defendants or their attorneys in response to those judgments in absentia that have been issued against the defendants by the Courts of Appeal. The objection is registered in the system and a session is set for consideration before the Courts of Appeal.

Required Attachments

  • Fill out the criminal objection form
  • A copy of the official power of attorney in case there is a lawyer
  • A copy of Identity Card
