Decision on a criminal appeal
The criminal appeal form is submitted (via the email for decisions on criminal appeals) by the accused or their attorney for the judgments that have been issued against the accused by the courts of first instance. The appeal is registered in the system and a session is set for its consideration before the courts of appeal.
