Grievance against the order to seal court documents and suspend court proceedings that has been issued by the Public Prosecution

The application form for the grievance against the sealing of court documents and the suspension of court proceedings is submitted via the designated email for decisions on appeals against filing orders issued by the Public Prosecution. The grievance is registered in the system and referred to the relevant court.

  • A copy of the official Power of Attorney, if legal representation is present
