This service is provided for individuals requesting to notarize any unofficial documents they submit.

Required Attachments

  • Original passport or Identity Card
  • The unofficial document to be notarized
  • Completed the “Know Your Customer” form

Legal Regulations

  • Decree-Law No. (14) of 1971 regarding notarization
  • ministerial Resolution No. (28) of 2021 regarding the procedures for prohibiting and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, the illegal transfer of funds across borders in notary work, audit oversight and control and prohibiting dealing with terrorist individuals or entities.
