Issuance of criminal certificates of all kinds

A request is submitted to the chief clerk for decisions on criminal appeals to receive all types of certificates, including: Certificate of the non-occurrence of an appeal, Certificate of the occurrence of an appeal, Certificate of an appellate objection, Discrimination certificate, Certificate of non-discrimination, Certificate of an existing lawsuit claim, Certificate of the occurrence of an objection, To Whom It May Concern Certificate (attendance of sessions).

Required Attachments

  • A letter to receive the required certificate
  • A copy of the official power of attorney, in case a lawyer is available
  • A copy from CPR
