Request to send lawsuit papers

A request is made via email or in-person by attending the relevant sessions in order to obtain a copy of the lawsuit papers for the relevant parties. The request is then sent by SMS to the requestor’s phone, following approval of the relevant court judge.

Required Attachments

  • Completed application form
  • A copy of the official power of attorney, in case a lawyer is available
  • A copy of the Identity Card
  • Phone number
