Statement addressed to the Ministry of Labour and Social Development (MLSD) – Social Assistance Department
The court issues a statement addressed to the Ministry of Labour and Social Development based on a form sent by the Social Assistance Department to the email of the Sharia Procedures Department. The statement is issued once the applicant meets the Ministry’s eligibility requirements for social assistance after attending in-person to verify the validity of what is included in the form received from the Ministry (for example, aid for the applicant’s inability to spend on their children).

- A statement of the applicant’s inability to spend on their children

- The applicant is contacted by phone to set a date to attend the court, in order for the process to be approved by the relevant judge
