Required Attachments

Service Processes

  • Go to the website of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf https://www.moj.gov.bh and access the service entitled “forms”. Choose the relevant application form
  • Print the form, fill it out by hand, and attach the required documents
  • Send the form and documents to the email of the Department of Sharia Research (Obligations): shareya.research@moj.gov.bh
  • The applicant is contacted by phone to set a date for attendance at the court, in order to ratify the transaction, in the presence of: the waqif or his official representative
  • The applicant is contacted after obtaining approval to prepare the endowment (waqf) document
