Lawsuits and Appeals Registration Service (individuals and litigants)

After the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf provided both individuals and litigants with the service of filing lawsuits, appeals and submitting judicial requests electronically through the eGovernment portal, the services offered by the Legal Research Office are limited to registering some of the lawsuits, appeals and judicial requests that are not provided through the electronic service. These requests are sent via an email designated for such services, which are as follows: Lawsuits and appeals in which the request for postponement or exemption from judicial fees is submitted to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf, which requires investigations by the legal researcher of the documents that prove the applicant’s inability to pay the judicial fees: appeal of the decision of the Execution Judge, which is currently in the process of launching the electronic service, inheritance lawsuits submitted by government agencies and, statement of civil rights claims to be presented to the Public Prosecution.
