Transfer of ownership of an industrial design or model

Service Conditions

Who has the right to apply:

• Owner of the industrial design or model (national or resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain).
• The legal agent appointed by the owner of the industrial design and model and registered in the agent registry.

Required Attachments

• A document that proves the transfer of ownership to the new owner and a power of attorney from the new owner to the current agent to request an industrial design or model.
