Service Conditions
Who has the right to apply:
- owner of the industrial design or model (national or resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain).
- The legal agent appointed by the owner of the industrial design or model and registered in the agent registry.
Required Attachments
- The document of transfer of ownership and the power of attorney.

- Law No. (14) of 2006 about amending some provisions of Law No. (1) of 2004 related to Patents and Utility Models
- Ministerial Resolution No. (101) of 2018 issuing the executive regulations of Law No. (1) of 2004 regarding patents and utility models
- Ministerial Resolution No. (82) of 2019 cancelling the fees imposed on certain services mentioned in Ministerial Resolution No. (102) of 2018 determining the categories of fees due for the registration of patents and utility model. , View Document

- Applicant submits a letter and fills out the relevant form

- Payment is collected and a receipt is issued

- Issue a letter to the applicant according to the type of amendment
- The amendment is published in the Official Gazette
- The original copy is sent to the applicant
