Joint transaction (sole proprietorship)

Amending more than one transaction to change a Commercial Registration.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same record
  • Documents are submitted according to the type of transaction to be amended

Legal Regulations

  • Commercial Register Law with the executive regulations

Fees

  • BD20 for each amendment to the transaction, except for what is stated in Ministerial Resolution No. (81) of 2019 cancelling the fees imposed on certain services mentioned in Ministerial Resolution No. (128) of 2016 regarding Commercial Registration fees
