Joint transaction (commercial company)

Amending more than one transaction to change a Commercial Registration.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party to the Commercial Registration holder, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same record
  • Documents are submitted according to the type of transaction to be amended

Legal Regulations

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations

Fees

  • BD20 for each entry in the transaction, except for what is stated in Edict No. (81) of 2019 canceling the fees imposed on certain services mentioned in Edict No. (128) of 2016 regarding fees related to the Commercial Registry

  • The applicant logs in to the SIJILAT system and selects the transaction according to the type of transaction to be amended
  • The applicant determines the type of transaction that is requested to be amended. Depending on the type of transaction to be amended
