Open a 24-hour shop (sole propreitorship/commercial company)

Submitting an application by the owner of the commercial register or the official agent requesting a permit to open a place of commercial activity that operates for 24 hours a day.

Required Attachments

  • A notarized power of attorney if the applicant is an unrelated party, or an unnotarized power of attorney if the applicant is a professional office or an authorized employee registered on the same record
  • In the case of a commercial company, an administrative decision, or a decision by the board of directors

Legal Regulations

  • The Commercial Register Law and the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. (12) of 2001 and its amendments with the executive regulations
