Request to cancel a license to use a mark & publishing the cancelation

This service enables trademark owners or their legal representatives to submit an official request to remove a trademark license from the official records. The service also includes the official publication of the removal decision.

  • Ministerial Resolution No. (13) of 2020 cancelling the fees imposed on certain services contained in the executive regulations of the Trademarks Law (Regulation) of the GCC promulgated by Law No. (6) of 2014 issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (65) of 2016
  • Ministerial Resolution No. (58) of 2018 regulating the registration of industrial property registration agents
