Request a letter of no objection for changes in the Commercial Registration (only for industrial plot tenants)
A service provided to industrial plot tenants to request for any changes to the Commercial Registration registered in the lease agreement signed with the company.
Service Conditions
- Valid lease agreement in effect for the industrial plot.
Required Attachments
- A statement indicating whether the company will continue the activity agreed in the previous lease agreement or will change the activity.
- A brief business plan describing the proposed activity, if the company intends to change it.

- Decree-Law No. (28) of 1999 regarding the establishment and organization of industrial zones, as amended by Decree-Law No. (26) of 2015

- Select the industrial Areas Services option.
- Select the appropriate industrial plot.
- Select the option to request a letter of no objection to a change in the Commercial Registration
