Request to extend the construction and operation deadline period for the industrial plot
A service provided to the tenants of industrial plots if the tenant wishes to extend the deadline according to the terms of the contract to obtain a building permit, or start construction work, or start operating the factory
Service Conditions
- Providing a valid rental contract for the industrial plot
- Justifying the reasons behind the delay with the supporting documents

- Documents justifying the extension request, if any

- Choose the industrial areas services option
- Choose the industrial plot to apply for
- Click on “extend the construction period” option
- Write the request in the description box, attach the supporting documents and the revised schedule
- Submit the request
