Service Conditions

Who has the right to apply:

• The owner of the industrial design or model (a citizen or resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain).
• The legal agent appointed by the owner of the industrial design or model and registered in the agent registry.

Required Attachments

• Application documents supported by graphics
• Certified power of attorney
• Assignment Document
• A priority document (if any)
